Jakobb is the Digital and Social Media Lead at the people2people Group, working across people2people and Frog Recruitment. He started his career with Frog Recruitment in the Auckland office in 2021 as a Marketing Assistant, before progressing into Digital and Social Media Lead, and relocating to Sydney to join the people2people Australia Inside Team. Jakobb holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing and Management, and supports digital activity across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. In his role, Jakobb leads the end-to-end strategy, production, and delivery of employment and labour market live stream series, including Market Updates and specialised formats for HR leaders. He is responsible for content planning, expert curation, production, distribution, and performance, positioning the series as a trusted source of market insight across multiple regions.Jakobb also leads major multi-market social media campaigns, including TOPDOG and Employment & Salary Trends Market Report launches, alongside the Group's broader social media strategy, analytics, and optimisation. He oversees website development, migration, SEO and AEO strategy, and delivers digital campaigns and email marketing initiatives to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across the Group.
