Sergei joined people2people as a Recruitment Consultant in June 2023, originally specialising in marketing recruitment for our Melbourne team. He has since transitioned to focus on supply chain and sales roles, working closely with businesses to identify top talent in these key areas.

Prior to joining people2people, Sergei worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, gaining extensive customer service experience. His interest in recruitment was sparked while working on talent acquisition for the 2023 Women’s FIFA World Cup. He also holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing.

Outside of recruitment, Sergei was a member of the Australian pistol shooting team for over 8 years and represented Australia at major international events, including the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and the 2018 Commonwealth Games, where he won a Silver Medal.
