Skye joined people2people in June 2023, becoming part of the Sydney team and bringing with her a strong background in customer service and people-focused work. Before moving into recruitment, she worked as a supervisor in the hospitality industry, where she developed valuable experience in fast-paced environments and delivering exceptional service.
She also holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from University College Cork and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Glasgow, giving her a strong academic foundation in understanding people, behaviour, and communication.
Since joining people2people, Skye has continued to build her experience and grow within the business. In her role as a Permanent Business Support Recruitment Consultant, she brings energy, insight, and a people-first approach to supporting clients and candidates alike.
