Senior Administrator Full-time | 5 days On‑site| Higher Education We are partnering with a values‑driven higher education provider to recruit a Senior Administrator to provide direct support to the Head of School. About the role About the Role This is not a traditional EA role focused solely on diary management. As the Senior Administrative Assistant to the Head of School, you will be a trusted operational partner supporting the academic, administrative and strategic rhythms of a busy School. Sitting at the intersection of governance, academic administration and executive support, you’ll ensure workflows are anticipated, priorities are managed, and commitments are met with precision. The role involves: -Managing complex calendars, inboxes and follow‑up actions for the Head of School -Coordinating agendas, papers and minutes for School and team meetings -Supporting academic administration processes such as timetabling, staffing, casual pay reconciliation and student workflow triage -Assisting with budget tracking, data collation and preparation of reports -Acting as a key liaison point between academic leaders, professional staff and central services -Providing discreet, calm and reliable support in a role requiring confidentiality and judgement About the Organisation: This is a Christian higher education institution, with Christianity embedded into its ethos, values, and community life. Staff are expected to work in alignment with the organisation’s faith‑based mission, culture, and ethical framework. About You You are an experienced executive or senior administrative assistant, ideally with exposure to higher education or a similarly complex environment. You are highly organised, technologically confident, and comfortable working independently while remaining deeply collaborative.
