Essential Information for the Role



  • Fluency in English and French, with German also being ideal

  • Experience in sales within SaaS, tech, or European schools

  • Compensation: £35,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE: £90,000–£135,000 per year)

  • This is a full-time, remote/hybrid sales role

  • Candidates must be based in Western Europe or the UK

  • Candidates must have the right to work in Europe

  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel across Europe and the UK

  • A strong and proven sales track record

  • A genuine interest in working with families and students

  • A confident, consultative communication style

  • Strong organisation, goal orientation, and results focus

  • Experience presenting to families, educators, and senior stakeholders

  • Fluency in English and French, with German also being ideal

  • Knowledge of top European schools, particularly in Switzerland and France

  • Experience with elite university admissions, especially US and UK systems, preferred

  • Willingness to travel across Western Europe



The Role


You will be both the face of the company in your region and a key driver of local growth, leading consultations, expanding the client base, representing the company at schools and events, and building strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for direct sales execution as well as long-term market development.



Key Responsibilities


Sales & Client Consultations



  • Conduct 1:1 consultations with prospective clients, offering tailored education solutions

  • Own your personal sales pipeline and meet or exceed enrolment targets

  • Work closely with marketing and sales development teams to convert leads into high-quality client engagements

  • Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on the company’s services, adapting messaging for different audiences



Market & Business Development



  • Represent the company at school visits, partner meetings, events, and education fairs

  • Identify and develop partnerships with local and international schools and education providers

  • Explore new growth opportunities across the region

  • Track, analyse, and report market feedback and trends to regional leadership



Leadership & Strategic Input



  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and best-practice sharing

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of junior sales team members

  • Act as a brand ambassador, championing the company’s mission and values

  • Contribute to regional growth strategy by identifying opportunities, setting priorities, and aligning local initiatives with global goals
