Accounts Payable Temporary Opportunities
We are seeking experienced Accounts Payable professionals for upcoming temporary assignments. If you are available immediately and have strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end reporting and payment runs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers professionally
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment in modern office spaces
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles
- Strong data entry and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Immediate availability for temporary assignments
- Holding clearances such as WWCC or Police Checks is desirable, or willingness to obtain
