About the role
Join an established and highly regarded law firm as an Associate Lawyer in their award winning Wills and Estates team. You will handle a high-value caseload with support from dedicated staff, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional legal services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Wills, Estates, and Power of Attorney files from inception to completion
- Draft and amend Wills, and assist with Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, Succession Planning, and Powers of Attorney
- Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance client outcomes, work alongside award winning colleagues and dedicated support staff
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in Wills and Estates law with a minimum of 3 years PAE
- Strong capability in managing complex legal files with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
