Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Blenheim team focused on customer experience and commercial outcomes
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders across the region
- Identify and grow sales opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing business
- Drive branch performance across sales, margin, service, and operational targets
- Foster a proactive, accountable, and customer-focused team culture
- Monitor branch operations including inventory, pricing, reporting, and health and safety
- Champion continuous improvement and look for opportunities to lift performance and processes
- Work closely with regional leadership and support teams to deliver business objectives
