Business Development Representative

The Opportunity
Working closely with a tenured and successful business development team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, creating qualified opportunities and supporting the growth strategy across NSW and ACT.
- Outbound phone-based business development
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Prospecting via calls, email campaigns and CRM activity
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Identifying future business opportunities and nurturing pipeline
- Qualifying prospects and securing commitment for handover to senior business development professionals
- Maintaining accurate sales activity within CRM
About You
- Previous outbound sales, SDR, telesales or appointment-setting experience
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders over the phone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and resilient approach to prospecting
- Experience working towards sales, activity or lead generation targets
- CRM experience would be advantageous
- A desire to build a long-term career in business development
