Based in North Parramatta, this role is best suited to someone who drives, with the bonus of free onsite parking under the building - one less thing to think about each morning. This opportunity is initially a 3-month contract, with potential to extend or move into a permanent position. If you’re looking for something longer-term, you should treat this like a permanent role from day one. The expectation is that you step in, take ownership, and genuinely settle into the team - and if you perform well, there’s a strong chance it will turn permanent.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you’ll be responsible for tracking outstanding accounts and managing collections. Expect a workload that’s roughly 70% email collections and 30% phone-based communications - so clear written communication is just as important as being comfortable picking up the phone and having direct soft conversations with clients. Alongside collections, you’ll also be responsible for processing refunds, raising credit notes, and completing reconciliations to keep accounts accurate and up to date.
Ideally, you’ll have experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (which is a nice-to-have, but not essential). You’ll be available immediately or able to start with a few days’ notice.
