This is a high-impact role where you’ll work at the intersection of finance and operations, supporting logistics and supply chain performance. You’ll provide modelling, insights, and commercial guidance to enable better business decisions and drive value across the function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, identifying opportunities, and improving performance through data-led insights and strong business partnering.
Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial insights
- Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance planning processes
- Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights
- Identify risks and opportunities across cost drivers and performance metrics
- Support development of business cases and investment decisions
- Continuously improve reporting, processes, and analytical capability
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment

- Strong commercial finance capability with experience supporting operational teams
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Confidence presenting insights and challenging thinking constructively
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Understanding of supply chain, FMCG or operational environments
- Ability to connect financial and operational data to drive outcomes
