The Role
With a flat structure, you will partner with colleagues who are all experts in their fields. You will work on a variety of commercial matters, including:
- Sale of business
- Management of investments
- Private equity transactions
- Venture capital investments
- Provision of foreign investment advice
- Corporate restructures
- Transaction structuring and strategy
- Due diligence
- Regulatory advice
- Liaising with ASIC, ACCC and similar bodies
About You
- 2-4+ years PAE
- Strong understanding of commercial transactions
- Experience working with HNWI clients
- Ability to thrive in a flat, collaborative team structure
