About the role
The Commercial Lawyer will handle a variety of legal matters, providing expert advice and representation to clients. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on commercial transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Represent clients in negotiations and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in commercial law, including contract negotiation and drafting.
- Strong capability in legal research and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
