About the role
The Customer Experience (Sales Support) Consultant position is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing high volumes of inbound calls and emails, processing orders, and providing end-to-end support for premium products. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction while supporting Account Managers in troubleshooting and inventory coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
- Provide end-to-end customer support for premium products
- Process orders accurately using Pronto ERP
- Handle complex customer queries requiring judgment and problem-solving
- Support Account Managers with troubleshooting
- Coordinate inventory, stock allocation, and warehousing
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in strong customer service in high-pressure environments
- Strong capability in managing high call and email volumes confidently
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a positive phone manner
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
- ERP experience (Pronto highly regarded) and Microsoft Office proficiency
