Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the Accounts Specialist to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Contribute ideas to enhance and streamline customer service processes
- Take ownership of follow-ups to ensure all customer needs are fully resolved
