What You’ll Be Doing: This is a critical support role sitting close to revenue. You’ll enable Account Managers to move fast, quote accurately and deliver a strong client experience.
- Act as the link between Account Managers, vendors and customers
- Source pricing, check stock and confirm lead times across major IT suppliers
- Build accurate, detailed quotes from start to finish
- Keep deals moving by managing timelines and service expectations
- Ensure a smooth process from enquiry through to delivery
What Matters: This role suits someone who enjoys detail, pace and solving problems behind the scenes.
- Experience in pre‑sales, sales support or retail tech/hardware
- Strong interest in IT hardware and current market products
- High attention to detail, especially with data and pricing
- Organised and able to manage multiple requests at once
- Comfortable working to deadlines and SLAs
- Knowledge of major IT vendors is a plus
- Proactive mindset, not just task execution
