The Role
Brisbane based role within a successful and growing insurance team
Acting on high value casualty and insurance litigation matters
Work across public liability, personal injury and property damage claims
Exposure to product liability, indemnity disputes, CTP and catastrophic claims
Direct interaction with insurer clients, counsel and expert witnesses
Opportunity to build strong technical and client management skills
The Candidate
Admitted lawyer with 1+yrs post admission experience
Background in general insurance or casualty litigation
Hold a current Queensland practising certificate
Confident dealing directly with clients and external stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a plain language style
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing deadlines
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in insurance litigation
