The Role
  • Lawyer or Associate roles within a specialist commercial real estate team
  • 2 positions available across leasing and broader commercial property transactions
  • Working on acquisitions, disposals and major capital transactions
  • Involvement in due diligence for large scale corporate and property deals
  • Acting on leasing matters for major retail and commercial tenants and landlords
  • Advising on development projects including off-the-plan and mixed use developments
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional and cross-border transactions
  • Direct client contact and early responsibility on matters
  • Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on high value work
  • Opportunity to build depth across different real estate asset classes including retail, industrial, logistics and alternative sectors
The Candidate
  • Admitted lawyer with 2+ years post admission experience
  • Strong background in commercial real estate transactions or leasing
  • Experience gained within a reputable private practice environment
  • Technically sound with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem solving
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters
  • Confident communicator with solid drafting capability
  • Able to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Strong academic record
