About the role
This role offers an opportunity to support the commercial team as a Legal Assistant. You will engage in essential administrative functions, contributing to the efficiency of the team while gaining exposure to the legal environment. Training will be provided by experienced Legal Secretaries, ensuring you are well-prepared for the responsibilities ahead.
Key responsibilities
- Compile and print legal documents
- Open and manage matters
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with billing processes (training available)
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a legal environment
- Strong capability in document management and organisation
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly in a professional setting
