Working closely with a busy and friendly team, you will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while gaining exposure to a variety of property matters in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Providing administrative support to the wider property team
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- File and document management
- Managing diaries, scheduling and appointments
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders professionally and confidently
- Assisting with billing and general team administration
About you:
- Previous administration experience within legal or professional services
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- Experience with Aderant or PEXA is advantageous but not essential
- Able to work full-time in the office
