Loan Administrator

The Role

Process and manage administrative tasks relating to loan applications (home, personal, and credit lending)
Review and upload supporting loan documentation into internal systems
Ensure all application details are accurate and compliant prior to progression
Liaise via email with internal stakeholders and external lenders where required
Manage a daily workload with some with high complexity cases and multiple document requirements
Work collaboratively within a high-performing operations team

Your Skills & Experience

Previous experience in banking administration or a strong understanding of loan processes
Experience within pre-settlement or loan processing environments highly regarded
Strong written communication skills with the ability to manage professional email correspondence
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation
Ability to manage volume and work efficiently across multiple applications
Team-oriented, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
