Role

Manage end-to-end logistics operations, from receipting through to dispatch
Inspect, record and maintain accurate inventory, including serial tracking
Pick, pack and prepare high-value equipment to a high standard
Coordinate shipments, track deliveries and resolve freight issues
Handle documentation, returns, stock control, and internal order coordination, including occasional direct deliveries

About you

Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and data
Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to changing workloads
Comfortable working between warehouse and administrative tasks
Physically capable of handling warehouse duties including manual handling
Australian Citizenship (required) and ability to meet baseline security clearance requirements
