About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing Perth office. Reporting into the Operations Manager based interstate, this position will oversee both front and back-of-house operations while managing a small administration team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being present within the business, building strong internal relationships and ensuring the office runs seamlessly across all functions.
Key responsibilities include
  • Managing daily office operations across front and back-of-house functions
  • Leading and supporting a team across reception, administration and facilities
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, events and office functions
  • Managing suppliers and external service providers including facilities, catering and IT
  • Overseeing office stock, stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new staff
  • Identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Working closely with partners and departments to support the broader business
About You
The successful candidate will bring previous Office Management experience from a larger corporate or professional services environment. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys being highly visible within the business and can confidently build rapport across all levels.
