A well established suburban law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to take ownership of a busy and varied property practice. This opportunity has become available due to a planned transition within the team, with a handover period available through to the end of May.
The role would suit someone who enjoys managing their own matters while still being supported by approachable practitioners and administration staff.
The opportunity
- You will be responsible for running a mix of residential and some commercial property transactions from instruction through to settlement, including: Managing conveyancing files independently from start to finish
- Preparing contracts and settlement documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and financial institutions throughout transactions
- Coordinating key settlement milestones and timelines
- Managing electronic settlements via PEXA
About you
Previous experience working in a conveyancing or settlements focused role.
Confidence managing files with minimal supervision.
