The Role
As a full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal in family law, you'll support two Solicitors and the wider team. Your daily duties will include:
- Preparing briefs and drafting documents and correspondence
- Maintain accurate and organised files, calendars, diary management and billing records
- Generate and draft legal documents such as Applications, Affidavits and other supporting documents
- Lodging and managing documents
- Preparing billing
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must possess the following to be considered for the role:
- Essential: Experience in family law
- Essential: Confidence in working as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal
- Essential: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
- Experience in document management.
