This role offers an opportunity to manage payroll processes within a dynamic organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with Australian payroll regulations, and supporting the team in navigating complex awards and EBAs.
Key responsibilities
Process payroll for employees in accordance with legislation and organisational policies
Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy in reporting
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries
Assist in the implementation of payroll systems and improvements
Provide support and guidance to team members on payroll matters
Skills & experience
Proven experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a similar role
Strong capability in navigating Australian payroll legislation and awards
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in Excel and experience with payroll systems, preferably Employment Hero
