About the role

Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that improve service delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance to teams on best practices and policy development
- Analyse data and feedback to inform decision-making and enhance service outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capability within the organisation.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in policy development and strategic planning within the public sector
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across diverse groups
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Commitment to people's welfare and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations.
