With continued growth across the practice, they are seeking a technically strong Senior Accountant who enjoys building trusted client relationships and mentoring others.
You'll step into a portfolio-based role where you'll work closely with Managers, take ownership of key client relationships, and play an important role in developing junior and offshore team members. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the delivery of accounting, taxation, and advisory services across a diverse client portfolio.
- Manage a portfolio of clients generating approximately $400k-$500k in annual fees
- Review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and IAS across a range of entity structures
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser
- Mentor and review the work of junior accountants and offshore team members
- Attend client meetings and contribute to strategic business and taxation discussions
- Drive workflow management, quality control and timely delivery of client outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience within a public practice accounting firm
- CA or CPA qualified, or close to completion
- Strong technical skills across business services and taxation
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Experience managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality client service.
