Senior B2B Sales Manager

Our client, Samsung Electronics, is looking for a driven and high-performing Senior B2B Sales Manager to join their team! In this role, you will lead the planning, governance, and execution of strategic B2B initiatives, ensuring alignment to sales objectives and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, optimise project portfolios and enable sales teams to maximise performance and growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Translate sales strategy into a structured portfolio of high-impact projects aligned to revenue and growth targets
  • Lead strategic business opportunities including new product launches, long-term initiatives and cross-portfolio solutions
  • Build and manage a cohesive B2B portfolio strategy addressing vertical-specific challenges
  • Act as the key liaison between Sales, Product, Legal and Finance to drive efficient project delivery
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks and outcomes
  • Manage third-party vendors and external partners supporting B2B initiatives
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards linking project delivery to sales performance
  • Oversee PMO budgets and track ROI of key initiatives
  • Forecast resources and optimise allocation to support peak sales periods and critical milestones
  • Implement and embed sales methodologies through structured programs and training
  • Identify and mitigate risks across large-scale deals and strategic projects.
About You
  • Proven experience in PMO leadership, project portfolio management or sales operations
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link projects to revenue outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including KPI and financial tracking
  • Skilled in driving change, governance and process improvement initiatives.
