About the Role
Working across both inbound and outbound channels, you’ll manage qualified leads while identifying additional opportunities to maximise conversion, retention and member value. You’ll lead sophisticated, needs-based conversations, navigate complex scenarios and deliver tailored solutions. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also play a key role in coaching others, sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement across sales processes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed sales, retention and upgrade targets
- Manage complex sales conversations and high-value opportunities
- Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities to optimise outcomes
- Act as a subject matter expert across products, systems and compliance
- Coach and mentor team members to uplift capability and performance
- Support process improvements and contribute to sales strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes
About You
- 1–3+ years’ experience in sales or retention within health insurance or financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in a KPI-driven setting
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- Ability to manage complex customer scenarios with confidence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Experience mentoring or supporting others in a team environment
