About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Student Services Manager to lead and elevate the student experience across the organisation. Reporting to the Registrar, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of student services, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and exceptional support throughout the student lifecycle. This is a key leadership role where you will drive process improvements, strengthen data integrity and support a high-performing team, all while contributing to the organisation’s ongoing growth and excellence in education.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registrar across all areas of student administration and services
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Student Services team to ensure best practice delivery
  • Review and enhance student data processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee student onboarding, credit transfer/RPL, and grievance procedures
  • Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of student records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies and standards
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a student services leadership role, ideally within higher education
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and student administration processes
  • Advanced data management skills with a focus on accuracy and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Availability to work five days per week on-site
