We are seeking a Part 3 Architect to join a vibrant and fun team based in the heart of London.
This business is well known for its unique approach to design, examining all aspects of a build to a finite and granular level. Going from concept stage, all the way through details and structural, this company are renowned for their excellent approach and execution on projects. Working exclusively within the Residential market, the team are inclusive, respectful and full of passion for their line of work. They are looking for a like-minded individual to join the team.
This role is 5 days per week office based near Notting Hill, with the potential for 1 day per week working from home after probation.
Working across AutoCAD and Sketchup this role will uniquely offer you the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple aspects of the industry, whilst learning from professionals and experienced team members.
Key Requirements;
- Project experience of working on Residential properties
- Working from concept through to completion
- Managing projects on site
- Competent at producing technical Drawings using AutoCAD (including construction details)
- Client facing experience
