Measuring and reducing our carbon footprint

Partnering with CarbonInvoice for a sustainable future

In 2023, people2people embarked on a journey towards a more sustainable future by partnering with CarbonInvoice, a leading carbon accounting software. To offset the carbon emissions generated by our business operations, we have implemented a unique approach: for every invoice issued to our customers, we plant trees locally.


These trees will absorb emissions over the next 50 years, contributing to a healthier planet. By choosing to work with people2people, you not only benefit from our services but also become an active participant in our sustainability efforts. Together, we can create lasting value and make a meaningful impact on the environment.


So far the people2people group has achieved:

  • 7,565 native trees planted
  • 9,848 trees projected to be funded in next 12 months

At Frog Recruitment (as part of the wider people2people group) we believe that actions speak louder than words when it comes to environmental responsibility. In keeping with this philosophy, Frog sponsors Trees That Count, a renowned New Zealand organisation dedicated to native tree planting and conservation.


For every successful candidate placement facilitated by our New Zealand branch, we proudly donate a tree in their name. These trees are carefully selected and planted throughout Aotearoa, contributing to vital ecosystem restoration efforts.
