Work with a global pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Customer Service Operator on a 12-month assignment starting asap.
The Business
This organisation is a leading marketing brand with offices in 8 countries, specialising in obesity and rare blood disorders, and marketing products to over 170 countries.
The Role
In this role, you will be the main support to the sales and product team, taking responsibility for all organisational and customer matters and assisting the team in responding to emails and customer queries.
Day-to-day, your main duties will include;
- Handling customer enquiries regarding medical and scientific matters.
- Building reports on customer analytics and running searches on the database.
- Quality documenting.
- Providing logistical support to internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate;
- Strong admin/customer service skills.
- A health, Pharmaceutical or medical background is essential.
- Understanding/ knowledge within the medical industry.
- Exceptional communication skills. Able to deal with difficult customers.
- Technically savvy, with the ability to use multiple systems/software.
