Talent Advisor – Temporary Opportunity (8 Weeks)
Wellington CBD | Hybrid – 1–2 days WFH
Full-time | 40 hours per week
Immediate Start | 8-week contract with potential to extend
Hourly Rate: $45-$50 + 8% holiday pay

We’re on the hunt for a confident and capable Talent Advisor to step into a busy project environment and support the end-to-end recruitment for three critical roles. This is a short-term temporary assignment with real impact, perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running.
This newly formed project team is leading a major national transition, and you’ll play a key part in shaping the talent that drives it.
What you'll be doing:
- Drafting job descriptions for newly created positions
- Working with internal committees to lock in salary bandings
- Managing advertising, shortlisting, and candidate coordination
- Supporting secondments and internal movement processes
- Potentially sitting on interview panels as part of the selection process
- Has solid experience in end-to-end recruitment or HR advisory roles
- Ideally has worked in the public sector previously
- Can work independently and thrives in a project-based environment
- Is available to start immediately and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach
