About the Role:
- Provide business consulting and coaching to franchise owners across Melbourne
- Analyse centre operations and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop actionable strategies to help franchisees grow their student base and improve centre operations
- Support implementation of marketing programs and initiatives
- Conduct regular on-site visits to education centres
- Ensure operational requirements are met, including staffing and compliance standards
- Build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Help franchise owners implement growth strategies and marketing campaigns
About You:
- Experience working in childcare, education, marketing or youth services highly regarded but not essential
- Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Genuine interest in education and student development
- Must have a Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle
