The Opportunity:
Due to sustained growth, the firm is seeking a dedicated Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced practitioners on a diverse range of matters, including;
- Drafting and advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Powers of Guardianship
- Estate planning strategies, including testamentary trusts
- Probate applications and estate administration
- Contested estates and inheritance disputes

About You:
- Admitted as a Lawyer in Western Australia
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-admission experience (ideally most of it in in Wills & Estates law)

- Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services
