Sales Administrator

Are you passionate about real estate and looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support a high-performing Lead Agent in a well-established real estate agency on the Lower North Shore on a temporary basis for 1-2 months.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a current Certificate of Registration, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of listing and selling residential property.
Build and nurture relationships via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Manage and update CRM systems (Rex), inputting appraisal data, and reporting.
Prepare pre-listing kits (digital & print), agency agreements, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate and order property marketing (Campaigntrack or Canva).

About You:
A Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential. Prior experience in real estate is highly regarded.
Proficient with CRMs (Rex) and digital tools (Canva, Microsoft Office).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

This role is offering up to $40ph + super, starting immediately.
