Sales Specialist

The Role
Working in an intimate team of 7 and reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering consistency in sales and a high standard of member service. On a day to day basis you will:

  • Manage leads through all inbound and outbound channels
  • Answer enquiries related to company products and policies
  • Meet expectations of members and customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Be knowledgeable and remain up to date with information related to product and company policies
  • Work towards achieving sales, renewal and retention rates
  • Comply with all legislation and internal policy requirements, recording all correspondence as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a phone-based environment
  • Exposure to the insurance sector is preferred
  • Strong and clear communication skills both verbal and written
  • A high attention to detail
  • The pride to deliver consistency in superior service and the hunger to strive for strong sales performance
