Admin Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join a friendly and collaborative Service Support Team.

This role will be an initial temporary assignment with the view to extend and become permanent after the initial temporary period. Based out of their Head office in St Leonards.

The Role!

Join this national company as part of their Service Support Team. Within this role as the team admin assistant, you will be supporting and working closely alongside many internal divisions such as the Customer Service, Sales, and Operations.

Duties may include:
Stocktake and Inventory Management
Calibration
Ad Hoc Admin tasks
Analyses inventory spreadsheets
Data Entry and analysis

About you?

Were looking for someone who loves problem solving – although this role will require independent thinking and initiative you will also working alongside and collaboratively with other interval team members.

Other skills and experience we’re looking for:
• Exceptional communication skills and able to build and maintain relationships easily, but most importantly enjoys doing so.
• Finance/engineering/maths background also a huge plus
• Good attention to detail and high initiative.
• High levels of enthusiasm and motivation
• Organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritise also very important
