The opportunity –
This critical role is focused on providing high-quality, timely operational HR support and advice to internal stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on managing recruitment activities for key infrastructure projects. Success in this role requires the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships while delivering practical support and outcomes.
Selection criteria
- HR qualification (current or complete)
- Proven HR generalist experience with a focus on end-to-end recruitment
- Exposure to infrastructure, construction or related industries ideal but not essential
- Highly developed communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience
- Tech savvy – MS Office Suite, SAP
