Are you passionate about quality, accountability, and safeguarding the rights of people with disabilities? We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable NDIS Compliance Officer
to support our clients organisation in delivering safe, high-quality, and compliant services under the NDIS framework.
About the Role
:
As an NDIS Compliance Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our services consistently meet the standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. This includes internal audits, documentation review, staff training support, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements Oversee and submit RPA, RP and reportable incident documentation
- Act as Authorised Reporting Officer (ARO)
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and compliance breaches
- Develop and update policies and procedures
- Deliver compliance-related training and support to staff
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Support accreditation, registration, and audit processes
- Manage team of support coordinators and care workers and other staff
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, legislation, and quality frameworks
- 3 years’ experience in NDIS compliance, auditing, or quality assurance in the disability or community services sector
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to interpret legislation and implement practical, ethical compliance solutions
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Quality Management, or related fields
- Drivers License, NDIS worker screening and Working with Children Check
