We are actively registering experienced Corporate Receptionists for upcoming temporary and contract opportunities across government and commercial sectors.

Whether you’re looking for your next long-term opportunity or are a skilled traveller with relevant experience, we want to hear from you!

Please note: Candidates with active Baseline Security Clearance or previous experience in government settings will be highly regarded for upcoming federal and state government roles.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Welcoming and assisting all visitors and clients in a professional manner
• Handling incoming calls and reception inboxes, redirecting as required
• Coordinating meeting rooms, events, and catering for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with building management and facilities teams
• Maintaining tidy and presentable communal and front-of-house spaces
• Managing incoming orders and maintaining office supplies

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Ability to multitask in a busy, client-facing environment
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Baseline clearance or ability to obtain clearance (for government assignments)
