Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre)

  • $35 PH + Super
  • ASAP Start, 6-month Temporary Role, possible extension!
  • Liverpool area, Full-time, Mon-Fri.

About the role:   

Our client is a multinational home appliance manufacturer, located in the Liverpool region. We're seeking an experience customer service professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional, seamless, and enjoyable experiences for consumers.
In the customer service division, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, handle inbox management, prepare quotes, and perform various customer service duties, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position; however, candidates must be open to occasional rotating weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities: 
  • Respond to consumer and customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Resolve enquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Manage complaints from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on products and services.
  • Follow established procedures and use various systems to complete tasks.
  • Process orders, applications, and service requests
Skills and experience:
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Call centre experience is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
  • Customer Focused, Team Player & Self-Starter!
