Full time Customer Support & Sales Operations – 6-12 Months
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in a customer support and sales operations capacity. This is a 6-12 month role. About the Role
In this position, you will provide essential support to customers and internal teams across both pre- and post-sales functions. You will help manage customer communications, process orders and invoices, and contribute to service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries and manage correspondence.
Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, clinical, and warehouse teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Process orders, generate invoices, track shipments, and manage purchase order follow-up.
Assist with warranty claims, credits, and issue resolution.
Support internal audits, quality control activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
Strong communication and organizational skills with experience using CRM and order processing systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in a regulated or healthcare-related environment is an advantage, though not required.
