You are a highly capable Employment Lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Ideally, you have a background in government. You thrive in a challenging environment and are known for your meticulous attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to handle complex matters independently. You are passionate about employment law and eager to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team. You are looking for a role where you can make a real difference and take your career to the next level within a well-known and reputable firm, working alongside a partner who expects and cultivates excellence. You will be dealing with a wide variety of clients across many sectors.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- 4+ years PQE in Employment Law.
- Strong understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and case law.
- Proven ability to manage a complex caseload and work autonomously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Experience working within Government (desirable).
- Ability to work in a high energy, high-performance environment.
- Experience working with clients across a variety of sectors.
- Work directly alongside a highly respected and outstanding Partner within a leading Wellington firm.
