Take the lead in a hands-on Finance Manager role where you’ll own the day-to-day finance function, shape processes, and deliver the insights leadership needs to make confident decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis
- Provide Senior Leadership with meaningful financial analysis to support business performance and financial visibility through implementation of Power BI dashboards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, maintaining cash flow forecasts and monitoring performance.
- Oversee operational finance functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and debtor management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (BAS, Payroll Tax, Superannuation).
- Maintain robust internal controls and governance practices.
- Qualifications in accounting or finance (CA/CPA desirable but not essential).
- Experience in professional services sector as a Finance Manager or at Senior Accountant level
- Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with exposure to Power BI or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
