HR Business Partner – 12-Month Contract

Join a high-performing global brand as an HR Business Partner on a 12-month parental leave contract. Working within a collaborative, best-practice HR team, you’ll take full ownership of a national client group—partnering with senior leaders to drive engagement, performance, and growth. This role is ideal if you love coaching leaders, using HR insights to shape strategy, and want to make an impact in a structured, well-supported HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full employee lifecycle for your business group
  • Partner with the HR Manager and senior leaders on engagement and retention strategies
  • Support performance and capability development, including coaching and delivering training
  • Advise on performance management and manage complex ER matters
  • Lead remuneration and benefits processes, including annual reviews
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven HRBP experience, ideally in a global or structured business
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience facilitating training or workshops (a bonus!)
  • Comfortable using HR systems and data to guide decision-making
