About the organisation
people2people have partnered with a progressive & innovative global manufacturer that has a 6 -8 month temp assignment available for an experienced Lending Administrator (Retail) to join their established team working with their dealer network. As an organisation they have focused on pulling on their extensive history and experience, to provide world class products, technology and services to their market.
About the role
Reporting to the Credit Processing Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with and supporting their national dealer network reviewing credit applications and settlements, reviewing post-settlement activities and review dealer requests for financing and funding loans.
• Review loan applications and related documents for heavy machinery to make sure they’re complete, accurate, and follow company guidelines and timelines.
• Run credit and equipment checks to confirm all the information is correct.
• Undertake post settlement activities
• Help resolve moderately complex issues related to loan applications and settlements.
• Process payments to dealers for both new and used heavy machinery.
• Review and approve dealer floorplan requests, rentals, and extensions.
• Support other customer-related tasks when needed.
About you
With proven customer service skills, you can communicate effectively with customers and dealers via phone and email, a key eye for detail and a methodical work approach. Resourceful, with a can-do attitude, you have developed problem solving skills and a strong understanding of documentation standards and compliance requirements.
In addition, you possess basic knowledge of accounting principles, including debits, credits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable and have proficiency in using a range of business software including Finesse, FileNet, DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
