The role
As Marketing & Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering firmwide and practice group initiatives. This is a hands-on position with a strong digital focus, giving you scope to leverage your expertise across a range of areas including:
- Managing the firm’s website, social media channels and content strategy
- Overseeing e-marketing campaigns and analysing campaign performance
- Preparing award and directory submissions, proposals, and capability statements
- Supporting business development initiatives, including client feedback and strategic client programs
- Designing marketing materials and supporting graduate and diversity programs
- Driving process improvements and exploring new digital initiatives such as video and podcasts
We are seeking a professional who brings:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in a professional services environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to deadlines
- Confidence in digital platforms, social media and campaign management (experience with Canva or Adobe design tools advantageous but not essential)
